I have spent the last 4 years as a front-end web developer and digital director for Wingard, an advertising agency in Jacksonville, Fla. Prior to my current position, I spent 6 years at printing.com, working my way up from graphic designer to operations and development manager. I managed 30+ franchisees through digital and on-site support, and I taught design, marketing, and sales curriculum to all new franchisees. I recorded screencast videos and created all written instructions and documentation used for online support. I also collaborated with the marketing department on internal campaigns for company-wide contests and incentives as well as public-facing campaigns for franchisees to implement.
